The Problem You’ll Solve We don't know yet which of a dozen AI-native product ideas is worth betting the company on. The only way to find out is to build faster than the market shifts under us. There's no playbook for turning a half-formed "what if" into something real people can poke at. You'll own that gap: take ambiguous, unproven concepts and hack them into working prototypes fast enough to learn whether they deserve to exist. If you're a true builder, this is the job. What Success Looks Like: New AI-driven product ideas turned into working prototypes in the hands of real users or stakeholders in days and weeks, not quarters A steady stream of bets made concrete enough that leadership can confidently fund, pivot, or kill them, because you made the idea tangible At least one prototype that graduates into a real, resourced product line Reusable building blocks and internal tooling that let the team launch the next experiment faster than the last Product, design, and engineering with a sharper sense of what's actually possible with today's AI, because you keep showing them You Should Apply If: You can go from idea to working demo before most people have finished scoping the problem. Hacking something rough and real together is how you think, not just how you ship. New technology pulls you in. You've already tried the tool everyone else is still reading about, and you can teach yourself whatever a problem demands. You operate independently without becoming a black box. You make your own calls in ambiguity and bring people along with clear, frequent communication. You break things (on purpose). You challenge assumptions, disrupt the status quo, and move fast with 60–80% of the information. Waiting for perfection is not in your vocabulary. You're wired for outcomes. Data drives your decisions, not gut feel or process. You set a high bar, own your results, and hold yourself accountable when it matters most. You iterate relentlessly. You test, fail, learn, and go again, faster than most. Uncertainty is your advantage, not your obstacle. You're already thinking about what's next. You build with AI, automate what doesn't need you, and constantly reshape your role around where human judgment, creativity, and instinct matter most. Must Have: What You Bring 0–4 years of experience (recent grads welcome), fluent building with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar), you ship working software with AI in the loop. A track record of shipping fast and solo: personal projects, hackathon builds, or things you made just to see if you could Strong communication, you can explain what you built, why, and what you learned to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders A genuine, demonstrated passion for AI, with opinions formed by actually building, not just reading the headlines Nice To Have: Founder or early-employee experience, you've started a startup, a side business, or any kind of entrepreneurial initiative Hackathon wins or a portfolio of finished personal projects you can walk us through Comfort across the stack (front end, back end, and the glue between) so you rarely have to wait on anyone to make an idea real Why Prosus? Core Responsibilities

Turn ambiguous AI product concepts into working prototypes quickly, then put them in front of users or stakeholders to assess their potential. Create reusable tools and building blocks that accelerate future experiments and help leadership decide which ideas to fund, pivot, or stop.

Requirements

Applicants should have 0–4 years of experience and demonstrate that they can independently ship working software using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor. They should communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and show a genuine interest in AI through hands-on building; full-stack experience, entrepreneurial work, hackathon wins, or completed personal projects are advantageous.
