IT Operations Technician (Data Center / IDC) 3–6 Months of Data Center / IDC Experience Required TITANICOM is hiring IT Operations Technicians to support international data center operations and large-scale IT infrastructure projects across Europe. This role is suitable for junior candidates who already have hands-on experience in a data center / IDC environment and are interested in developing their careers in IT infrastructure and international data center operations. A minimum of 3–6 months of hands-on Data Center / IDC experience is mandatory for this position. Responsibilities: • Participate in 24×7 IDC (Data Center) operation and maintenance support • Respond to incidents, execute work orders, and complete operational tasks according to SLA requirements • Perform routine inspections, identify operational risks, and support emergency response following EOP procedures • Record incidents and prepare preliminary incident reports • Execute tasks through ticketing systems and strictly follow SOP standards to ensure operational accuracy and SLA compliance • Support installation, racking, deployment, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of servers, switches, and related hardware • Perform basic server hardware operations, including component inspection and replacement where required • Support structured cabling, fiber/copper cable installation, replacement, and basic troubleshooting • Assist with site surveys, on-site supervision, minor implementation works, and project delivery support • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain stable and efficient data center operations Requirements: • Minimum 3–6 months of hands-on Data Center / IDC experience — Mandatory • Previous experience with server hardware, rack & stack, cabling, hardware replacement, or data center operations • Basic knowledge of servers, storage devices, switches, network cabling, and IT hardware • Familiarity with SOP, EOP, ticketing systems, work orders, and SLA-based operations is preferred • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership • Good troubleshooting and hands-on technical skills • Strong execution capability and ability to follow operational standards • Good communication and teamwork skills • Self-disciplined and able to work independently • Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office tools • Local language + English, or Local language + Chinese • Junior candidates with relevant IDC experience are highly encouraged to apply What We Offer: • Comprehensive onboarding and structured technical training • International data center and IT infrastructure projects • Clear career development pathways and long-term growth opportunities • Global project exposure and cross-border collaboration opportunities • Competitive compensation and performance incentives • Professional mentorship and continuous capability development About TITANICOM TITANICOM specializes in IT infrastructure and hardware system integration services. Core Responsibilities

Support 24/7 data center operations by responding to incidents, completing work orders, conducting inspections, and following SOP, EOP, and SLA requirements. Install, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, switches, and cabling, while assisting with site surveys and project delivery.

Requirements

Requires at least 3–6 months of hands-on data center or IDC experience, with practical exposure to server hardware, rack-and-stack work, cabling, hardware replacement, or data center operations. Candidates should have basic IT hardware knowledge, strong troubleshooting and execution skills, and good communication; a relevant bachelor's degree is preferred.
