We are now looking for aspiring Field Application Engineers to join the exciting field of logistics robotics! Key Responsibilities As Site Manager, you own the on-the-ground execution of multiple simultaneous project sites across the EMEA region. You coordinate people, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to keep every site safe, on schedule, and on quality. You are the operational heartbeat between project planning and field execution. Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple concurrent installation and commissioning projects Coordinate and schedule on-site resources: engineers, subcontractors, equipment, materials Drive site schedule adherence; identify and mitigate schedule risks early Own site safety, quality, and compliance with customer and HAI standards Conduct regular site walks, progress reviews, and customer coordination meetings Manage subcontractor scope, performance, and commercial compliance Lead daily/weekly site stand-ups and progress reporting Serve as the on-site senior escalation point for CEs, subcontractors, and customer site teams Partner with PMs on project schedule, risk, and resource planning Ensure accurate site reporting (progress, risks, issues, forecasts) into delivery governance Travel extensively across the EMEA region Who are we looking for? 2+ years of site management experience in industrial automation, construction, or capital equipment installation Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent sites and coordinate diverse workforces Strong subcontractor management and commercial awareness Solid understanding of site safety regulations and quality management systems Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent in English; additional European languages a strong plus Comfortable with extensive travel across EMEA Valid work authorization in EMEA Preferred Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Experience with warehouse automation, ASRS, or material handling projects Safety certifications (SMSTS, IOSH, OSHA, or local equivalent) Multi-site, multi-country project experience Familiarity with project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar) Hai-lights We offer a dynamic and innovative working environment in a very committed organisation, with the following perks: A competitive salary Performance based bonus Annual leave package Work laptop and phone Travel meal allowance Reimbursement of all travel costs The opportunity to contribute to a young, growing company, shaping its success and your career About Us Hai Robotics helps businesses unlock smarter, more flexible warehouse operations.Founded in 2016, the company is redefining warehouse automation through adaptable automated storage and retrieval solutions designed to evolve alongside operational needs. Core Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations across multiple EMEA installation and commissioning sites, coordinating people, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to meet safety, schedule, quality, and compliance requirements. Lead site reporting and customer coordination, address escalations, and partner with project managers on schedules, risks, and resource planning.

Requirements

Requires at least two years of site management experience in industrial automation, construction, or capital equipment installation, with the ability to manage concurrent sites and diverse workforces. Candidates should have strong subcontractor and stakeholder management skills, knowledge of safety and quality systems, fluent English, EMEA work authorization, and willingness to travel extensively; a relevant degree and related industry experience are preferred.
