Remote Full-time Global About The Role We’re looking for a Product Designer to help us design and ship new products at Aru Labs. You’ll work from early ideas and prototypes through to polished, shipped products. You’ll work closely with engineers and product, with a lot of ownership over the final experience. What you’ll do Design web and mobile products from 0 → 1 Turn ideas into flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs Work closely with engineers throughout development Create simple, intuitive user experiences Build and maintain design systems Test ideas and iterate based on user feedback Help shape product direction, not just the interface What we’re looking for Strong product design fundamentals Excellent UI and interaction design skills Strong portfolio of shipped work Experience with Figma Good understanding of user experience and product thinking Strong attention to detail Comfortable working independently in a remote team Nice to have Experience designing consumer products Experience working at an early-stage startup Motion or interaction design skills Experience with AI products What you’ll get Fully remote, work from anywhere High ownership and autonomy Work directly on new products from day one Small, fast-moving team Freedom to experiment and ship Apply to join Aru Labs.

Core Responsibilities

Design web and mobile products from early concepts through prototypes and final shipped experiences, creating intuitive user flows and interfaces. Collaborate closely with engineers and product, maintain design systems, test and iterate based on user feedback, and help shape product direction.

Requirements

Candidates should have strong product design fundamentals, excellent UI and interaction design skills, a strong portfolio of shipped work, and experience with Figma. They should understand user experience and product thinking, pay close attention to detail, and be comfortable working independently in a remote team.
