Job Responsibilities 1. Network Policy and Administration Develop, update, and continuously optimize the Network Management Policies and Procedures and related management guidelines; Review and optimize the network site lifecycle management processes, including site opening, suspension, consolidation, and transfer; Manage the application, review, and follow-up process for new or suspended direct-shipping services at network sites; Follow up on and maintain network site operating qualifications and licenses, as well as manage relevant contracts, ensuring that network operations and partnerships are conducted in a compliant and standardized manner. 2. Network Performance Evaluation System Develop and continuously optimize the network site classification and performance evaluation system, including clear evaluation criteria and management requirements for each network level; Establish a star-rating evaluation system for the overall capabilities of regional network management teams, promoting standardized and continuous capability development; Conduct spot checks and analysis of daily reports submitted by regional network management teams, identify areas where network managers need to strengthen their focus on network site management, and drive improvements in network management quality; Organize business training programs for regional network management teams, developing training content based on star-rating evaluation results and actual business needs to continuously improve their overall network management capabilities. 3. Departmental Administration and Coordination Handle daily administrative and coordination tasks within the department, including data整理, information consolidation, work follow-up, and preparation of relevant reports and materials; Handle both ongoing and ad hoc administrative matters within the department and support the implementation of key projects and special initiatives; Coordinate with relevant business and functional departments to facilitate cross-functional communication, coordination, and execution. Requirements Education: College diploma or above; a degree or background in Logistics Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Experience in the express delivery or logistics industry. Experience in network management, network administration, network site management, or network planning at the headquarters of an express delivery company is preferred. Professional Skills: Basic data analysis skills, with the ability to use Excel for data organization, statistics, and analysis. Strong information organization, process management, and document handling skills. Communication and Coordination Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with regional teams, network sites, and relevant internal departments and drive the implementation of related initiatives. General Capabilities: Detail-oriented, well-organized, and highly responsible, with strong execution and project follow-up skills. Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to ad hoc work requirements. Language Skills: English can be used as a working language. Dutch and/or French is a plus. Work Requirements: Willingness to work across different locations within the Benelux region and support overtime during peak seasons and major promotional periods when required. Preferred Qualifications Practical experience in the logistics industry in the Benelux or Europe; Experience in European express delivery networks, last-mile delivery, DSP, agent, or franchisee management; Experience in network management at the headquarters of an express delivery company, network site system development, or network performance evaluation system design; Experience in developing network management policies, process systems, or network site classification and management systems. 岗位职责 1.网络制度及综合管理 负责《网络管理制度》及相关管理规范的制定、更新与持续优化； 梳理并优化网点开设、停开、合并、转移等网点生命周期管理流程； 负责网点直发业务新增、停开等需求的申请、审核及跟进； 负责网点经营资质的跟进、维护及相关合同管理，确保网点经营及合作事项规范开展。 2.网络考评体系建设 负责搭建及持续优化网点分级评定及考评体系，明确各等级网点的评定标准及管理要求； 搭建区域网络管理人员综合能力星级考评体系，推动区域网管能力标准化及持续提升； 负责对区域网络管理人员日报进行抽查及分析，识别区域网管在网点管理中的关注不足，并推动提升网点管理质量； 负责组织区域网络管理人员业务培训，结合星级考评结果及实际业务需求制定培训内容，持续提升区域网管综合管理能力。 3.部门综合管理及工作协同 负责部门日常综合管理工作，包括数据整理、信息汇总、工作跟进及相关材料输出； 负责部门长期性及临时性综合事务，协助推动重点项目及专项工作的落地； 对接相关业务及职能部门，做好跨部门沟通、协调及工作推进。 任职要求 学历要求：大专及以上学历，物流管理、工商管理或相关专业优先。 经验要求：具有快递、物流行业相关工作经验；有快递企业总部网络管理、网络综合管理、网点管理或网络规划相关岗位经验者优先。 专业能力：具备一定的数据分析能力，能够使用Excel进行基础数据整理、统计及分析；具备较强的信息整理、流程梳理及文档处理能力。 沟通协调能力：具备良好的沟通协调能力及跨部门协作能力，能够有效对接区域团队、网点及内部相关部门，推动相关工作落实。 综合能力：工作细致、有条理，责任心强，具备较强的执行力和工作推动能力，能够适应多任务并行及临时性工作安排。 语言能力：英语可作为工作语言；具备荷兰语或法语能力者优先。 工作要求：能够接受长期派驻荷比卢不同区域的工作安排，业务旺季及大促期间可配合加班。 加分项 具有荷比卢或欧洲物流行业实际运营经验； 具有欧洲快递网络、末端派送、DSP、代理商或加盟商管理经验； 具有快递企业总部网络管理、网点体系建设或网络考评体系搭建经验； 有网络制度、流程体系或网点分级管理体系建设经验。

Requirements

A college diploma or higher is required, with logistics, business administration, or a related background preferred; experience in express delivery or logistics is expected, and headquarters network management experience is an advantage. Candidates should have basic Excel-based data analysis skills, strong organization and coordination abilities, working English, and willingness to work across the Benelux region and support overtime during peak periods.
