About The Role We are looking for a construction project coordinator to support Brieker's growing Netherlands operation. This is a practical, multidisciplinary role for someone who understands site coordination, planning discipline and stakeholder communication. You will support design-build-deliver workflows, BIM-led reviews, supplier coordination, reporting and daily communication across residential, industrial, public and renovation projects. As part of the Brieker team, you will help shape a newly structured Dutch organisation backed by 25 years of international field experience. This is an opportunity to work within an engineering-minded construction group while supporting clear processes, technical coordination and quality-oriented delivery on projects that require practical site judgement. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in construction coordination, site engineering or project delivery roles. Hands-on experience with planning, site documentation, BIM review or technical coordination workflows. Strong understanding of quality, safety, procurement and delivery-stage coordination. Ability to communicate clearly with clients, suppliers, site teams and consultants. Working knowledge of Dutch construction expectations, permits or documentation is valuable. Ability to organise project information and support planned decision-making across teams. Comfortable working in a growing organisation where practical judgement, structure and accountability matter. Requirements

Candidates should understand quality, safety, procurement, and delivery coordination, communicate effectively with project stakeholders, and be able to organise project information; knowledge of Dutch construction requirements, permits, or documentation is valuable.
