Job Description

Monetunes is looking for a fast, social-first content creator to join us during Amsterdam Dance Event and capture our private event featuring 12 artists, creators, industry guests and partners. We already have professional photographers / videographers covering high-production footage. We need someone whose entire job is to capture the event like a creator: quickly, naturally, vertically, and with a strong instinct for what works on Instagram Reels, TikTok and Shorts. What you’ll be capturing Artist arrivals and backstage moments Short performance clips and crowd reactions POV / behind-the-scenes content Artist interactions and spontaneous moments Quick artist interviews and reactions Partner content around Yamaha / Cryo Mix Setup and transformation of the hotel suite Guests, creators and industry personalities Short-form concepts and trends during the event Content designed specifically for Reels / TikTok / Shorts Potential content around Amsterdam with artists during ADE week What we need You should be someone who: Understands TikTok / Reels culture natively Knows how to make content feel organic rather than corporate Can shoot excellent vertical video on iPhone / compact camera Has strong framing, lighting and editing instincts Can identify interesting moments without waiting to be told Is comfortable approaching artists and guests Can work quickly in a busy event environment Ideally understands electronic music / nightlife / creator culture Deliverables For the event, we’re aiming for approximately: 30–50 strong raw vertical clips 8–15 edited Reels / TikToks Same-night / next-morning selects Organized raw footage after the event There may also be additional paid work during ADE week for city shoots, artist content and interviews.

Core Responsibilities

Capture natural, vertical content at a private Amsterdam Dance Event event, including artist arrivals, performances, backstage moments, interviews, guest interactions, and partner content. Deliver 30–50 raw clips, 8–15 edited short-form videos, timely selects, and organized footage, with possible additional paid shoots during ADE week.

Requirements

The candidate should understand TikTok and Instagram Reels culture, shoot strong vertical video using an iPhone or compact camera, and have good framing, lighting, and editing instincts. They should work quickly, spot compelling moments independently, feel comfortable approaching artists and guests, and ideally understand electronic music, nightlife, or creator culture.
