Dutch Language Experts, Translators, Linguists & Transcription Specialists. Remote AI Project We are seeking experienced Dutch Language Experts, Translators, Linguists, Transcription Specialists, Localization Professionals, and Language Quality Reviewers to help improve advanced AI systems. You will review Dutch audio and machine-generated transcripts, correct linguistic errors, create detailed annotations and metadata, and ensure outputs accurately reflect natural spoken and written Dutch. What You’ll Do Review and correct machine-generated Dutch transcriptions Compare transcripts against original audio for accuracy Identify missing, added, or incorrectly transcribed words Correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, and segmentation Detect subtle differences in pronunciation and meaning Identify regional accents, dialects, speech patterns, and linguistic variation Annotate audio and transcripts using structured project guidelines Add metadata tags to support speech and language datasets Identify speakers, speech characteristics, and audio events where required Flag ambiguous, unclear, or low-quality audio Review annotations for accuracy and consistency Provide clear written explanations of transcription or linguistic issues Maintain high-quality standards across large volumes of audio and text Collaborate asynchronously with reviewers and project stakeholders Incorporate feedback and continuously improve annotation quality Who Can Apply Relevant backgrounds include: Dutch Language Specialists, Dutch Linguists, Dutch Translators, Dutch Transcribers, Dutch Transcriptionists, Dutch Editors, Dutch Proofreaders, Dutch Language Reviewers, Dutch Localization Specialists, and Dutch Content Specialists. Requirements Good proficiency in Dutch Excellent spoken and written Dutch comprehension Professional-level English communication Experience with transcription, translation, editing, localization, linguistic review, annotation, or another language-focused discipline Ability to accurately interpret spoken Dutch Strong understanding of Dutch grammar, spelling, punctuation, and linguistic conventions Ability to recognize subtle language and meaning differences Excellent attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication Ability to follow detailed transcription and annotation guidelines Strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Ability to incorporate reviewer feedback and maintain consistent quality Preferred Background Professional Dutch transcription experience Experience correcting automatic speech recognition or machine-generated transcripts Linguistics, Translation, Dutch, Communications, Journalism, or related academic background Professional localization or translation experience Linguistic quality assurance experience Experience with audio annotation or speech datasets Experience applying metadata tags or structured linguistic labels Experience identifying regional accents or dialect variation Experience with phonetics or phonology Experience working with speech recognition technologies Experience reviewing large language or audio datasets Experience working with multicultural or distributed teams This opportunity is ideal for Dutch-language professionals who can listen carefully to audio and identify exactly what was said, how it was said, which linguistic details matter, and where an automated transcription or annotation system has made a mistake. Requirements

Applicants need strong spoken and written Dutch, professional English communication, and experience in transcription, translation, editing, localization, linguistic review, annotation, or a related language-focused field. They must accurately interpret spoken Dutch, follow detailed guidelines, communicate clearly, manage deadlines independently, and maintain consistent quality.
