Voor onze productie zijn wij opzoek naar een Monteur Assembly niveau B
Binnen de afdeling zijn de werkzaamheden gericht op het assembleren van alle voorkomende systemen en typenummers, het uitvoeren van de bijbehorende (veiligheids) testen, controle van de werkzaamheden en het oplossen van (geconstateerde) storingen en afwijkingen. Het betreft montages met zowel een laag als hoog repeterend karakter.
Werkorders zijn beschikbaar in het productiebesturingspakket en planningslijsten kunnen worden geprint. Materiaal wordt afgeroepen mbv barcodes-readers en gecontroleerd op volledigheid, juistheid en kwaliteit ( voor zover mogelijk). Actie wordt ondernomen bij gecontarteerde afwijkingen waaronder het invullen van het Digitale afkeurformulier.
Bij gereed komen van de werkorder wordt deze gecontroleerd op compleetheid en administratief gereed gemeld waarna het systeem of typenummer wordt aangeboden aan het interne klant of het magazijn.
Wat ga je doen?
- Maakt en onderhoud de montagevoorschriften (powerpoint) en biedt nieuwe en gewijzigde voorschriften ter archivering aan.
- Bouwt incidenteel proto- en voorseries en maakt een analyse.
- Beelname aan afdelings-werkgroepen (bijvoorbeeld 5S of verbeterakties)
- Voortmeten van gedefineerde systemen volgens vastgelegde werkwijze
- Probleemloos en op tijd afleveren van alle samenstellingen volgens geldende voorschriften en procedures
- Beoordelen van toegeleverde onderdelen
- Correct uitvoeren van de testprocedures
- Naleven van de gestelde veiligheidsprocedures
- Orde en netheid op werkplek en afdeling
Wat heb je nodig om succesvol te zijn in deze functie?
- MBO niveau 2-4 (Elektronica, Mechatronica of Fijnmechanisch)
- 2 -5 jaar relevante werkervaring
- Kennis in TPD's( lezen van tekeningen) en basis kennis montagetechnieken
- Basiskennis van de Engelse taal is een pre
- Proactieve instelling, analytisch vermogen, affiniteit met hightech producten
- Gedisciplineerd en zeer nauwgezet kunnen werken
- Zelfstandig maar ook in teamverband kunnen werken

Core Responsibilities
The role involves assembling high-tech systems, performing quality and safety tests, and resolving technical deviations. Additionally, the technician will maintain assembly documentation, build prototypes, and participate in departmental improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an MBO level 2-4 degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Fine Mechanics. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience and the ability to read technical drawings are required.
