Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive next-generation automotive audio products, platforms, and roadmaps.
- Translate market requirements into clear product requirements and business cases.
- Act as the Voice of the Customer, engaging directly with OEMs, Tier-1s, and ecosystem partners.
- Identify emerging trends, unmet needs, and growth opportunities in automotive audio.
- Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to define system-level solutions.
- Lead cross-functional alignment on product strategy, priorities, and investment decisions.
- Support development programs through key milestones and product releases.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Acoustics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in automotive semiconductors, audio systems, infotainment, product management, product definition, or system architecture.
- Strong understanding of automotive audio technologies, including DSPs, amplifiers, software, and system architectures.
- Proven experience translating customer requirements into successful product developments.
- Experience working directly with automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Semiconductor product definition experience from concept to production.
- Knowledge of software-defined vehicles, AI-enabled audio, immersive audio, or voice technologies.
- Understanding of automotive functional safety and cybersecurity.
- Established relationships across the automotive audio ecosystem.
Core Responsibilities

Requirements
