Join our Amsterdam team as a Technical Support Specialist (German speaking).
We’re looking for someone who enjoys troubleshooting and communicates confidently by phone and email. If you have a curious and investigative mindset, enjoy helping others, and have a genuine interest in tech, this role might be for you!
What you’ll do
- Support our Service and Retail partners with technical questions by phone and email.
- Investigate issues by asking the right questions and gathering relevant information.
- Guide partners through troubleshooting steps and possible solutions.
- Work closely with workshops and internal teams when further support is needed.
- Build strong knowledge of our bikes, tools and processes.
What you’ll bring
- Tech savviness and curiosity (for e-bikes).
- Experience in customer service, support or a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A professional and approachable phone manner, with empathy for our partners.
- Ability to explain technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical partners.
- Ability to adapt and manage changing priorities.
- Fluency in English and German.
