Als Junior Accountmanager leer je het vak verder in de praktijk. Je bezoekt klanten, bouwplaatsen en bouwmaterialenhandelaren en ontdekt stap voor stap hoe je duurzame relaties opbouwt, klanten adviseert en commerciële kansen herkent.
Je maakt deel uit van het Sales Service team, dat bestaat uit drie collega's verspreid over verschillende regio's. Daarnaast werk je dagelijks samen met twee accountmanagers in Noord-Oost Nederland. Zij nemen je mee in de verschillende aspecten van het commerciële werk en geven je de ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
In deze rol ben je geen deurentrapper. Je ondersteunt bestaande klanten door hen te informeren, adviseren en enthousiast te maken over de producten van wienerberger. Bijvoorbeeld door het geven van productdemonstraties, presentaties en trainingen op locatie. Zo help je klanten onze producten optimaal toe te passen en te adviseren.
Daarnaast ondersteun je de accountmanagers bij het uitvoeren van accountplannen en het verder versterken van klantrelaties in Noord-Oost Nederland. Je helpt bij de introductie van nieuwe producten, ondersteunt klanten op bouwplaatsen en zorgt ervoor dat showrooms bij bouwmaterialenhandelaren optimaal zijn ingericht. Ook plan je zelfstandig afspraken, leg je klantbezoeken en bevindingen vast in ons CRM-systeem en werk je nauw samen met collega's van sales, marketing en productmanagement.
Het is een veelzijdige functie waarin je veel onderweg bent, zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid krijgt én tegelijkertijd kunt terugvallen op een betrokken team. Core Responsibilities
Support existing customers across Northeast Netherlands by providing product information and advice, delivering demonstrations and training, assisting with product introductions, and helping maintain well-organized retailer showrooms. Support account managers with account plans and customer relationships, plan customer visits, record findings in the CRM system, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product management colleagues.
Requirements
Applicants should be interested in the construction industry, able to help set up showrooms and prepare demonstration materials, and confident communicating enthusiastically with others. A Category B driving license and willingness to travel are required; curiosity, eagerness to learn, initiative, and motivation to develop are emphasized.
