Key Responsibilities
- You will play a crucial role in driving our business growth across the EMEA region. This position is ideal for a proactive, results-driven individual with a passion for connecting with potential clients and identifying opportunities that align with our business goals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Pipeline Development: Identify and engage with high-potential accounts within the EMEA region to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Strategic Outreach: Execute targeted outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to connect with key stakeholders, leveraging insights to tailor your approach.
- Presenting Solutions: Deliver compelling presentations of our solutions to potential customers, effectively communicating value and aligning with their business needs.
- Qualification: Deeply qualify leads to ensure alignment with business goals and readiness for further sales engagement.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and potential business triggers within your assigned regions.
- Account Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and ensure smooth lead handoffs.
- Performance Tracking: Use tools like Apollo to track outreach activities and measure success.
- Team Contribution: Share best practices, support team initiatives, and contribute to an open and collaborative culture.
Who are we looking for?
- Education: A minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- Language Skills:
- Fluency in English is required.
- Fluency in Spanish, French, or German is a strong bonus.
- Experience:
- At least 1-2 years in a business development or sales role, preferably in technology, automation, or related industries.
- Proven ability to generate and qualify leads.
- Experience in sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, or similar frameworks is a bonus.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to research and identify key stakeholders and business opportunities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with excellent time management.
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

Core Responsibilities
Develop the EMEA sales pipeline by researching target accounts, conducting tailored outreach, presenting solutions, and qualifying leads for further sales engagement. Track outreach performance and collaborate with marketing and sales teams while sharing best practices and monitoring market and competitive trends.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of business development or sales experience are required, preferably in technology, automation, or a related industry, along with proven lead-generation and qualification ability. Candidates need fluent English, strong communication and research skills, and familiarity with CRM and outreach tools; Spanish, French, or German fluency and experience with MEDDICC or SPIN Selling are bonuses.
