Due to growth and continued demand, we’re seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our service operations and help drive quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Position: HVAC Service Manager Location: Skagit County Area Full-Time What You’ll Do Oversee day-to-day service department operations Support and coordinate technicians, scheduling, and workflow Ensure quality workmanship, strong documentation, and consistent customer experience Handle service escalations, communication, and follow-through Help improve processes, productivity, and job profitability Maintain alignment between customer needs, dispatch, and the team’s capabilities What We’re Looking For You must have experience in service and/or management, such as: Prior HVAC service experience Prior management, lead, supervisor, or dispatch experience Strong understanding of HVAC service operations Proven ability to lead a team, stay organized, and solve problems Familiarity with estimating, job tracking, scheduling, and customer communication Commitment to safety, professionalism, and quality Why Join Us?
