Mid-level Finance Administrator Location: Amstelveen | Hours: 40 hours per week (full-time) About the role For our growing team in Amstelveen, we're looking for an accurate and driven Mid-level Finance Administrator. As a finance administrator, you'll be the linchpin of our financial operations. You'll work closely within the finance team and ensure our administration runs flawlessly. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the finance mailboxes and ensuring correct archiving Processing incoming and outgoing invoices Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable (including credit control and payment reminders) Carrying out and reconciling internal cost allocations Processing bank entries and reconciling bank accounts Supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing Who you are You're a strong communicator — precise, analytical, and you enjoy working with numbers. You switch easily between tasks and adapt effortlessly to changing priorities. Core Responsibilities
The Finance Administrator will manage financial operations, including processing invoices, handling accounts receivable and payable, and reconciling bank accounts. They will also support the team with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
Requirements
Candidates must have 2–4 years of relevant finance experience and hold an MBO-4 or HBO level of education. Proficiency in Dutch and English, along with experience in Exact Online and Excel, is required.
