In Culemborg, you will learn to work with robots, automated warehouses and palletisers while making sure our cheeses are in the right place at the right time. Experience is a plus, but your motivation and willingness to learn are just as important to us. What will you do? ⚙️ You start your shift together with your colleagues. What is coming in, which orders need to be prepared and what has priority? Step by step, you will learn how our entire logistics process works. Your responsibilities include: Receiving and shipping cheeses; Collecting and checking customer orders; Checking quantities and product quality; Operating robots and automated equipment; Monitoring the daily logistics schedule; Learning to solve minor technical issues. You will not be doing this alone. You will work in a team of 4 to 8 operators, supported by a Logistics Team Leader. This gives you the opportunity to develop your knowledge of logistics, technology and our machines. You will work 36 hours per week in a 2 or 3-shift schedule. Shifts run from 06:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00 and, when working three shifts, 22:00 to 06:00.
