Location: The Hague, the Netherlands Security Clearance NATO Secret Reference No RFQ C005364 / The Hague Deadline For Application 28 /09 /2026 Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required A minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 3 years post-related experience. Or exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate's particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCIA, that is, at least 10 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to those in this Statement of Work ; At least 5 years practical experience in cyber security or related field, such as developing and maintaining cyber security solution architecture, developing or delivering capabilities and services in the area of Cyber security (especially network security), or complex and demanding technical environments; cyber security risk management ; At least 1 year of experience with: security accreditation of major communication and information system (CIS) acquisition and/or development projects for a large organization; security risk assessment methodologies and tools. Desirable : Experience in working for or supporting a military or governmental organization ; Experience with security accreditation process within NATO and/or national military organisations ; Knowledge of NATO Security Policy and supporting directives. Duties/role: Providing security accreditation-related input to Project Proposals (PPs), Statements of Work (SoW), and other project documentation; Conducting Security Risk Assessments in support of the security accreditation of NATO CIS; Identifying, planning, requesting, and managing the development of accreditation documentation, including CIS Descriptions/CIS Designs and Security Architecture, Security Accreditation Plans, Security Risk Assessment Reports, Security Requirement Statements, Security Operating Procedures, and Security Test and Verification Plans (STVPs ); . Core Responsibilities

The specialist will provide security accreditation input for project documentation and conduct security risk assessments for NATO communication and information systems. They are responsible for managing the development of security architecture, accreditation plans, and verification procedures.

Requirements

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of practical experience in cyber security or a related technical field. Experience with security accreditation processes and NATO security policies is highly desirable.
