Support our flower warehouse operations by moving boxes, driving warehouse carts, preparing orders and checking incoming shipments. About the Role Florazu is looking for a Part-Time Warehouse Operator to work at our logistics partner’s facilities in Aalsmeer, the Netherlands, initially on Mondays and Fridays, approximately 16 hours per week. This is a physical warehouse role. You will regularly lift and carry flower boxes, drive warehouse carts, sort products and prepare orders. You will also check incoming flowers and report quality or quantity issues to our logistics and procurement teams. Practical training will be provided. About Florazu Florazu connects flower growers in Latin America, Africa and the Netherlands with wholesale buyers across Europe, supporting purchasing, logistics and payments. What You Will Do Lift, carry and move flower boxes. Drive warehouse carts and move products safely around the facility. Sort, label and prepare customer orders. Check incoming flowers for quality, condition, quantity and packaging. Compare shipments with orders and packing lists. Photograph and record damage, shortages or other discrepancies. Report issues and coordinate with warehouse staff and Florazu’s teams. Keep the working area tidy and organised. What We’re Looking For Comfortable with regular lifting, carrying and standing or walking for much of the shift. Available on-site on Mondays and Fridays, approximately 16 hours per week. Reliable, punctual and attentive to detail. Good spoken and written English; Dutch is an advantage. Able to use a smartphone for photographs and basic reporting. Living within reliable travelling distance of Aalsmeer. Legally entitled to work in the Netherlands. Warehouse, logistics or flower-handling experience is useful but not required. What We Offer An initial fixed-term, part-time employment contract. Gross hourly pay starting at the applicable Dutch statutory minimum wage, with the rate depending on experience, plus 8% holiday allowance. Core Responsibilities

You will be responsible for moving, sorting, and preparing flower shipments while maintaining a tidy workspace. Additionally, you will perform quality checks on incoming products and report any discrepancies to the logistics team.

Requirements

Candidates must be comfortable with physical labor and available to work on-site in Aalsmeer on Mondays and Fridays. Proficiency in English is required, and the ability to use a smartphone for reporting is essential.
