Location: The Hague, the Netherlands Security Clearance NATO Secret Reference No RFQ C005390 / The Hague Deadline For Application 02/10 /2026 Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required Demonstrated project management experience in defence, intelligence, or multinational environments ; Strong understanding of Joint Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance fundamentals including biometrics, identity intelligence, process exploitation dissemination (PED), collection management, enterprise intelligence services, and data ‑ centric security ; Experience coordinating with ACO stakeholders including Joint Force Commands, SHAPE, and multinational stakeholders. Duties/role: Providing project management oversight for multiple Intelligence Capabilities projects ; Leading planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination activities ; Preparing governance documentation and reporting for CPP and NSIP. Requirements

Requires demonstrated project management experience in defense, intelligence, or multinational environments. Must have a strong understanding of Joint ISR fundamentals and experience coordinating with ACO stakeholders.
