Executive Assistant | Founder Location: L - house of loyalty I Den Bosch, The Netherlands About the role We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide senior-level support to two Board Members in a fast-paced international environment. In this role, you will be the engine behind effective leadership operations, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules, communications, travel, governance activities, and strategic priorities. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will bring structure, discretion, and proactive problem solving to every aspect of executive support. Key responsibilities Executive Agenda Management Manage complex and dynamic calendars for two Board Members; Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts; Prepare executive briefings and ensure leaders are equipped with relevant information and documentation. Communication & Stakeholder Management Manage and prioritize executive communications and email flows; Coordinate follow-up actions and monitor progress on key business priorities; Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Travel & Expense Management Arrange international travel, accommodation, transport and visa requirements; Create detailed travel itineraries and briefing packs; Manage expense claims and reimbursements accurately and on time. Projects, Governance & Events Support strategic projects, offsites, events and leadership initiatives; Prepare agendas, minutes, action logs and governance documentation; Track actions, deadlines and recurring business activities. What you bring Required Proven experience supporting Board Members, senior leaders or C-level executives; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch; Advanced Microsoft 365 skills including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint and Slack; Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot. Requirements

Candidates must have proven experience supporting senior leaders or C-level executives and possess excellent communication skills in English and Dutch. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and experience with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot are required.
