The organization continues to expand its portfolio each year, focusing on innovation and global customer needs. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Financial Assistant role based in Gemert. Key Responsibilities Assist with the daily review and follow-up of finance-related workflows in the OA system, including purchase requisitions, payment requests and employee expense claims. Prepare and process bank payments and follow up on payment status. Perform bank reconciliations and follow up on outstanding or unreconciled items. Review employee expense claims and corporate credit card expenses, ensuring that supporting documents are complete and properly maintained. Assist with short-term cash flow forecasting by preparing upcoming payment schedules and funding requirements. Organize, file and maintain accounting vouchers, invoices and other supporting documents. Assist in preparing documents and information required by banks, tax authorities and auditors. Support documentation preparation for statutory audits and the Group’s IPO-related audit. Provide general support for daily finance operations and other ad hoc tasks as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 0–2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcome. Basic understanding of accounting principles, payment processes, bank reconciliation, and expense reimbursement. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Experience with ERP, accounting, or OA systems is preferred. Good attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility. Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Good communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to learn and develop. Good command of English, both written and spoken; Dutch and/or Chinese language skills would be an advantage. Experience in a manufacturing or international company is a plus. Exposure to statutory audits, internal controls, or IPO-related audit work is an advantage but not required.

Core Responsibilities

The Financial Assistant will manage daily finance workflows, including processing payments, bank reconciliations, and expense claims. They will also support cash flow forecasting, maintain accounting documentation, and assist with statutory and IPO-related audits.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with 0-2 years of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills are required, while experience with ERP systems is preferred.
