We're hiring an in-house Google Ads killer. Full commitment, real upside. Eve Curls is a fast-growing DTC haircare brand for curly and wavy hair. We're scaling aggressively across UK, US, and EU, doing around $2M/mo and we've hit a ceiling on Google Ads that the right person could blow straight through. We believe there's an extra €1M/month sitting on the table for someone who knows how to find it. We're not looking for an agency. We're looking for one freelancer who wants to go all-in on a single brand, own the account end to end, and get paid like it matters. Core Responsibilities

You will own the end-to-end Google Ads strategy, including Shopping, PMax, Search, and Display campaigns. Additionally, you will manage feed optimization via Merchant Center and scale ad spend profitably across international markets.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of scaling Google Ads for e-commerce or DTC brands. You must be a self-starter who thinks in numbers and is capable of managing an account independently.
