Your Responsibilities Project Leadership: Manage timelines, budgets, and scope; coordinate activities and resources. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships and communicate transparently with stakeholders. Budget & Finance: Monitor and report on project budgets and financial progress. Risk & Quality: Identify and mitigate risks; ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Methodologies: Apply PMBOK, PRINCE2, Scrum, and hybrid (Waterfall + Agile) approaches. Process Improvement: Optimize processes using Lean Six Sigma, KAIZEN, or DMAIC. Documentation & Reporting: Report on KPIs, progress, and lessons learned; address deviations. Decision-Making: Make timely decisions on escalations, scope changes, and deviations. Project Closure: Evaluate results, ensure smooth handover, and document lessons learned. Your Profile Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a high-tech environment Strong expertise in PMO management, project control processes, and common project management methodologies Experience with KAIZEN, Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, and optimizing logistics, ERP, order management, or production processes. Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in engineering or business and possess at least 5 years of project management experience in high-tech environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, strong English and Dutch language skills, and expertise in methodologies such as PRINCE2 or Scrum are required.
