Responsible for the implementation and ongoing improvements of Depot Operation software and hardware technologies across all DCI locations in the UK, Netherlands, Germany, France and Spain Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Ability to resolve complex issues above the help desks’ ability Able to work on own initiative and prioritise responsibilities Communication, organisational, time management and interpersonal skills. Ability to tailor communication to different audiences, such as management, stakeholders, users, SMEs, developers, and others. Experience implementing new technologies. Fluency in English is essential, Dutch and German would be beneficial Strong process analysis and documentation skills. Experience on projects where the solution workflow needs to be defined and implemented. Experience overseeing user acceptance testing and defining test scenarios. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Degree or equivalent, or 3 or more years of business/technical experience. Experience in the tank container industry would be beneficial, but not essential Broad knowledge of industry best practices and be able to proactively identify potential project risks in order to provide an analysis and mitigation strategies. Requirements

Requires a degree or equivalent, or 3 or more years of business/technical experience. Candidates must possess strong process analysis skills and experience working with operational and technical teams in scoping projects.
