If you would like to know more, please visit our website at https://www.slb.com/ Location The Hague, Netherlands About the role The Contract & Procurement Administrator is responsible for administering intercompany contracts and ensuring all related documentation and processes are managed in compliance with company policies and regulations. This is a dynamic back-office role within a global organization, supporting stakeholders across multiple regions and functions. Working closely with teams such as Legal, Procurement, and Supply Chain, you will coordinate a variety of contract and compliance-related activities. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will also support the distribution of technology and software across the global organization, where accuracy, compliance, and effective stakeholder management are key to success. Responsibilities And Duties Manage the lifecycle of intercompany contracts, including documentation, approvals, filing, and database maintenance. Prepare and coordinate agreements, price lists, and other contract-related documents. Support procurement and sourcing activities, including purchase order creation, processing, and follow-up. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and internal procedures. Process and coordinate approvals for invoices, purchase orders, and related administrative tasks. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation, including training and compliance records. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Legal, Procurement, Finance, and other business functions. Support software purchasing activities, audits, and global business operations. Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiency. Escalate and help resolve non-compliant or non-standard transactions and documentation. Essential Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, purchasing, or a similar administrative role. Relevant education in Administration, Procurement, Business, Supply Chain, or related fields. Strong Microsoft Office skills, with particular proficiency in Word. Knowledge of Excel PivotTables and VLOOKUPs is a plus. Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Basic financial understanding and strong attention to detail. Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented and collaborative approach. Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in an international environment and collaborating with stakeholders across different functions. Ability to quickly understand contractual documentation and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. EU citizenship or a valid work permit.
