What you’ll do Working alongside experienced HR colleagues, you’ll prepare contracts, organise onboarding and keep employee records accurate. You’ll also support payroll, pensions and benefits, working with Finance and our payroll providers. If you enjoy bringing order to busy days and getting the details right, this role gives you plenty of opportunities to put those strengths to work. What you’ll bring An HR or related qualification at HBO level, or equivalent experience. Up to three years of relevant experience. Internships count, and recent graduates are welcome. Fluent English. Working knowledge of Dutch is a plus. Care with details, deadlines and confidential information. Experience with HR systems is useful. Knowing Deel is a bonus, but you can learn it here. What you can expect from us A one-year contract, with the possibility for a permanent role in our HR team, based at our Nieuw-Vennep office four days a week. You’ll learn from experienced colleagues, build your HR expertise and have the option to work from home one day a week. €3,500–€4,300 gross per month, based on full-time employment. 26 holiday days, a pension scheme and travel reimbursement. Core Responsibilities
You will support the HR team by preparing contracts, organizing onboarding processes, and maintaining accurate employee records. Additionally, you will assist with payroll, pensions, and benefits administration in collaboration with Finance and external providers.
Requirements
Candidates should hold an HR or related qualification at the HBO level or possess equivalent experience, with up to three years of relevant work history. Proficiency in English is required, while a working knowledge of Dutch is considered a plus.
