Internship Project Description Project 1 — PCB Design for Industrial Robot & NC Machine Controllers Design and develop a custom controller PCB for interfacing with robots, NC machines, and industrial equipment. The project covers industrial I/O, Ethernet/RS485, isolation, protection, power management, PCB design, prototyping, and testing. Project 2 — Embedded Software Drivers for Industrial Robot Control Develop embedded software drivers and low-level firmware for industrial robot control using microcontrollers. The project covers robot hardware interfaces, industrial I/O, communication protocols, real-time control, testing, and debugging. Project 3 — Embedded Software Drivers for CNC Machine Communication (TCP/IP) Develop embedded software drivers for TCP/IP communication between controllers and CNC machines over industrial Ethernet. The project covers machine data exchange, network communication, error handling, data integrity, and testing with CNC equipment. Project 4 — Supervisory Control & System Integration of a CNC Robotic Automation Cell Develop supervisory control logic and integrate robots, CNC machines, sensors, and industrial I/O into an automated cell. The project includes sequencing, machine coordination, alarms, interlocks, and integration with AGMAH's supervisory control platform. Qualifications Open to Bachelor's and Master's students seeking hands-on experience in a real industrial environment. Relevant fields: Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer & Embedded Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering. What we're offering Compensation: €201 to €400 per month, depending on project scope and duration Duration: 4-6, 7-9, or 10-12 months (depending on the project’s requirement) Hands-on experience: Real-time, hands-on work on production-relevant hardware and systems Guidance: Direct mentorship from AGMAH's founders and engineering team

Core Responsibilities

The intern will design and develop custom controller PCBs and embedded software drivers for industrial robots and CNC machines. Additionally, they will integrate various hardware components and sensors into a supervisory control platform for automated cells.

Requirements

The position is open to Bachelor's and Master's students in fields such as Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. Candidates should be seeking hands-on experience in an industrial environment.
