🚀 Hiring: Agent Systems Engineer (Long-Running Autonomous Agents) We're looking for an engineer who has gone beyond prompt engineering and built production-grade autonomous agents that run reliably for hours or days. Our focus is on developing highly resilient agent systems capable of handling complex workflows, recovering from failures, managing state, and operating across unpredictable browser environments. What You'll Work On ✅ Long-running autonomous agents ✅ Browser automation at scale (Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium) ✅ Multi-agent orchestration, state persistence, and task handoffs ✅ Verification and self-correction loops ✅ Reliability improvements for multi-hour workflows ✅ Production deployments with weekly shipping cycles ✅ Systems Design and Infrastructure Development What We're Looking For Strong experience building agentic systems (not just LLM applications) Experience operating agents that run continuously over extended periods Deep understanding of browser automation and web navigation challenges Experience with fault tolerance, retries, checkpointing, and workflow recovery Comfort working with ambiguity and take ownership of problems end-to-end Strong engineering fundamentals with a bias toward execution Bonus Points Temporal or similar long-context Workflow Orchestration System LangGraph/LangChain ecosystem for Agent Development Multi-agent systems Software Systems and Architecture Design Observability and monitoring infrastructure Experience with Frontend and Backend development Application Requirements To apply, please include: 📄 Your CV/Resume 🔗 Links to relevant GitHub repositories, case studies, demos, or previous work 🤖 Examples of autonomous agents, browser automation systems, or orchestration frameworks you have built 📝 A short description of your specific contribution to each project Please note: Applicants must be able to work with significant overlap during European business hours.
