Your Mission Our services are at the heart of our Product offering. Every step an international hire takes from A to Z, exists in our system as a structured knowledge base. You will own that library. You will turn messy, real-world service steps into clean, reusable actions that work across our solutions, and across regions. If you like taking something ambiguous, deciding how it should actually work, and then making it exist in a system, this is your role. Key Responsibilities Content creation: Research how each relocation process works, define the steps, tools and responsible party, write the information, and publish it live. Maintain the broader guides our users see, keeping them accurate as rules change and expanding them as we enter new markets. Product hygiene: Keep the library healthy. Review and refresh outdated knowledge, retire what no longer applies, and fix the gaps and inconsistencies that build up as rules, suppliers and markets change. Cross-functional collaboration: Work directly with relocation, product and engineering teams to validate that what is described in the platform matches what happens in practice. What We're Looking For Academic background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Operations, or a related field (exchange or international study experience is a big plus). Exceptional English copywriting: Strong, fluent written English with a sharp eye for detail, structure and tone. Curiosity and persistence: You do not accept the first answer if it looks wrong. You will make the extra call to find out what is actually true. Speed and independence: A proactive mindset, able to take projects across the finish line with autonomy. International mindset: Enthusiasm for global mobility, expat experiences and modern digital platforms. Core Responsibilities

The intern will own and maintain the structured knowledge base of relocation services, turning complex real-world steps into clean, reusable actions. This includes researching relocation processes, updating guides, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure accuracy.

Requirements

Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Operations with exceptional English copywriting skills. A proactive, curious mindset and an interest in global mobility and international experiences are essential.
