As a Food & Beverage Venues Manager your primary responsibility is to oversee the overall operation and performance of the Pulitzer Garden, Banqueting (BQT) and In-Room Dining (IRD). You are responsible for ensuring consistent service standards, strong financial performance and an exceptional guest experience across all venues. You lead and develop the venue teams supported by the Assistant Managers Venues, and ensure effective planning, staffing and operational execution. You monitor performance, manage P&L and KPIs, optimise revenue and costs, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability and guest satisfaction. You work closely with the Assistant F&B Director and other departments to support the overall Food & Beverage strategy and ensure seamless hotel-wide operations. This role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, operational expertise and a hands-on, guest-focused approach. What's in it for you? Core Responsibilities

Oversee the overall operation and performance of the Pulitzer Garden, Banqueting, and In-Room Dining to ensure consistent service standards and exceptional guest experiences. Manage P&L, KPIs, and staffing while collaborating with the Assistant F&B Director to execute the overall Food & Beverage strategy.

Requirements

Requires strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and operational expertise in food and beverage management. The ideal candidate must have a hands-on, guest-focused approach and the ability to develop venue teams.
