As the Program Manager for Amazon Flex New Business, you will own developing new business opportunities to utilize the Flex delivery partner network. To achieve your goals, you will work with functions that cut across the organization; including data science, technology, operations, and marketing. Some of the key job functions of the Program Manager are: Work closely with finance, marketing, capacity management, data science, engineering, and program management on all strategic new business initiatives. Support new product and program launches including working with other programs and product management team leaders that wish to leverage Flex as a last mile solution. Make difficult resource trade-offs and align leadership on inputs, outputs, and priorities. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree 3+ years of program or project management experience 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience 3+ years of driving process improvements experience Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization Experience building processes, project management, and schedules Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
