What You Will Explore Your journey as an Explorer will be built around real business challenges rather than classroom-only learning. Depending on your background, interests and business needs, you may gain exposure to areas such as： Sales & Business Operations：Support market growth, sales planning, dealer operations, commercial analysis and business performance. Marketing & Brand：Contribute to campaigns, events, social media, digital marketing, product communication and customer engagement. Product & Strategy：Support product planning, market research, competitive analysis and the development of market-specific business strategies. Aftersales & Customer Experience：Help improve service operations, customer experience, warranty processes and aftersales network development. Supply Chain & Logistics：Support vehicle planning, order management, logistics coordination and delivery operations across European markets. Network Development：Contribute to dealer network expansion, market coverage analysis and the development of XPENG's retail and service footprint. Corporate Functions：Gain exposure to areas such as HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement or other functions supporting XPENG's European growth. Your role may vary, but your mission is bigger: You will help redefine how the world moves — accelerating the shift toward intelligent, sustainable mobility and contributing to a cleaner future for generations to come. How Your Role Will Be Determined The Explorer Program is designed as a talent-to-business matching program rather than a self-selected job placement program. Your final role will be determined through XPENG's interview and assessment process. Previous internships, student projects or international experience are welcome, but we value potential, mindset and learning agility just as much as previous experience.
