Job Description

As part of our industrial activities, we are looking for a Senior E&I Construction Supervisor to support the construction and commissioning of a major industrial project. You will act as a key on-site representative for all Electrical & Instrumentation activities, ensuring safe execution, quality compliance and alignment with project objectives throughout construction and pre-commissioning phases. Working closely with the Lead Instrumentation Supervisor, construction teams, engineering offices and contractors, you will contribute to the successful delivery of complex industrial installations. ABOUT THE POSITION: Ensure compliance with site safety requirements in close collaboration with HSE teams. Monitor construction progress against project schedules and proactively identify potential deviations and mitigation actions. Supervise all Electrical & Instrumentation construction activities carried out on site. Support the Lead Instrumentation Supervisor in the coordination of E&I activities. Assist planning teams in developing and updating construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning schedules. Follow up contractor and vendor activities to ensure alignment with project milestones. Verify installation compliance with approved engineering drawings, specifications and project requirements. Ensure construction activities comply with project quality standards and applicable regulations. Review design changes and AFC documentation to assess their impact on quantities and construction activities. Support engineering teams by providing field feedback and resolving technical issues. Ensure inspections are performed according to Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements (MoS) and Job Safety Analyses (JSA). Validate weekly E&I progress with supervisors using project reporting and progress-tracking tools. Ensure all required certifications and documentation are obtained, including ATEX-related requirements. Support contract management activities, including the review of extra works and contract scope compliance. Participate in the preparation of technical specifications and scopes of work for site activities. Perform quality audits together with site quality representatives and contractors. Capture lessons learned throughout the project and contribute to the preparation of project close-out documentation. Organize and participate in weekly coordination meetings with engineering teams to track and resolve technical issues. ABOUT YOU: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Automation or Electromechanics. Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in E&I construction supervision within industrial projects. Strong experience supervising contractors and coordinating site construction activities. Good understanding of electrical systems, instrumentation, commissioning and industrial construction practices. Experience working with inspection plans, quality procedures and construction documentation. Knowledge of ATEX environments is considered a strong asset. Experience interacting with engineering contractors, vendors and multidisciplinary project teams. Requirements

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and possess 8 to 10 years of experience in industrial E&I construction supervision. Proficiency in English is mandatory, along with strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and ATEX standards.
