As part of our industrial activities, we are looking for a Senior Mechanical & Piping Supervisor to support the construction and pre-commissioning of a major industrial facility. You will be responsible for supervising the installation of pressure vessels, cooling towers, process skids and industrial piping systems from site reception through mechanical completion and line blowing activities. Acting as a key member of the site construction team, you will ensure that all activities are performed safely, according to quality standards and in line with project schedules. You will combine strong technical expertise with hands-on construction leadership to coordinate subcontractors, resolve technical issues and drive project execution on site. ABOUT THE POSITION: Lead all Mechanical & Piping construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with safety, quality and schedule requirements. Supervise the installation of pressure vessels, cooling towers, process skids and industrial piping systems. Coordinate subcontractors and supplier representatives involved in mechanical and piping works. Manage interfaces between disciplines and ensure smooth coordination between contractors and project stakeholders. Monitor construction progress, productivity and milestone achievement. Review construction planning, contractor mobilization strategies and resource allocation. Organize and lead regular coordination meetings with subcontractors and construction teams. Ensure installation activities comply with project drawings, specifications and engineering requirements. Coordinate the resolution of technical issues and construction non-conformities. Support pre-commissioning activities, including line checks, mechanical completion and blowing operations. Review contractor documentation, inspection records and as-built dossiers. Validate quantities, progress measurements, invoices and additional works. Issue inspection reports and weekly construction progress reports. Provide regular reporting on KPIs, welding progress, installed quantities and project milestones. ABOUT YOU: Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent through experience. Minimum 10 years of experience supervising mechanical and piping construction activities on industrial projects. Strong experience with pressure vessels, process skids and industrial piping installations. Mandatory experience with oxygen and hydrogen service piping systems. Solid knowledge of mechanical assembly and industrial construction practices. Strong understanding of piping codes and standards, including ASME and ASME B31.3. Experience supervising subcontractors and coordinating multidisciplinary construction teams. Strong reporting and project follow-up capabilities. Advanced proficiency with Excel. Fluency in English and Dutch is mandatory. Requirements

Candidates must possess a technical degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 10 years of experience in industrial mechanical and piping construction. Mandatory requirements include expertise in oxygen and hydrogen service piping systems and proficiency in ASME codes and standards.
