We are social and charming by nature, creating everlasting memories for our guests. As a Bartender at Pulitzer Garden, you are at the heart of creating memorable guest experiences. You are responsible for preparing and serving high-quality drinks, cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering exceptional hospitality. As the welcoming face of the bar, you create a warm, vibrant, and inviting atmosphere where guests feel instantly at ease. You take pride in your craft, have a passion for mixology, and enjoy engaging with guests to provide personalized recommendations and outstanding service. From the first greeting to the final farewell, you ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience at Pulitzer Garden. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including signature cocktails, classic drinks, wines, beers, and specialty coffees. Act as the welcoming face of the bar, building rapport with guests and creating a friendly and engaging environment. Provide expert recommendations on drinks and menu pairings. Maintain excellent knowledge of beverage offerings, cocktail recipes, and current industry trends. Ensure the bar is clean, organized, fully stocked, and always ready for service. Process guest orders efficiently and accurately while maintaining high service standards. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond proactively to requests and feedback. Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service standards. Collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage team to deliver a seamless guest experience. Demonstrate flexibility by supporting other Food & Beverage outlets when operationally required, including Banqueting & Roomservice. What's in it for you? Core Responsibilities

You will prepare and serve a variety of high-quality beverages while acting as the welcoming face of the bar to ensure a memorable guest experience. Additionally, you will maintain the bar's cleanliness and stock levels while collaborating with the broader food and beverage team.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional hospitality. You must be able to maintain excellent knowledge of beverage offerings and adhere to all safety and hygiene standards.
