About the Role: We are seeking a technically driven Project Manager to lead engineering and hardware development projects at DC Opportunities. In this role, you will bridge technical execution and project management, overseeing project lifecycles from concept to commissioning. You will coordinate cross-functional teams of electrical, hardware and systems engineers, manage timelines and deliverables, and serve as a key point of contact for external partners and clients working on sustainable energy and DC grid innovation projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage technical engineering projects, defining project scope, milestones, schedules, and resource allocation. Drive cross-functional alignment between R&D, electrical design, software, and procurement teams. Monitor project status, identify technical and operational risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep deliverables on schedule. Facilitate regular technical reviews, status reports, and project documentation for internal teams and external stakeholders. Maintain clear communication with clients, industrial partners, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with the management team to set company goals, strategic planning, and be involved as a team leader Lead communication with clients and involved in offers / business development Qualifications: Degree / Field: BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or Management, or relevant field Strong technical background in engineering, electrical systems, system commissioning and/or hardware development projects. Proven experience or strong interest in project management within an engineering or technology-driven environment. Excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills. Requirements
