Job Description

Role Description Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Field Service (FSL) Technical Architect to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce Field Service solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce FSL, Service Cloud, integrations, mobility solutions, scheduling and optimization, and enterprise application architecture. Key Responsibilities Define end-to-end architecture for Salesforce FSL implementations and transformation programs. Lead solution design workshops and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Architect solutions covering: Scheduling and dispatch Work orders and service appointments Inventory and asset management Mobile workforce management Design integration frameworks between Salesforce FSL and ERP, CRM, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, GIS, and third-party applications. Establish architecture standards, security models, governance frameworks, and best practices. Review and validate solution designs, code quality, technical debt, and deployment strategies. Provide technical leadership to architects, developers, and project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle. Drive performance optimization, scalability, and Salesforce platform modernization. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and program leadership. Support estimation, solution proposals, presales activities, and technical roadmap planning. Required Skills Strong expertise in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) architecture and implementation. Strong knowledge of Service Cloud, Apex, Aura, LWC, Flows, integration patterns, and Salesforce Security Model. Experience with Scheduling Policies, Work Rules, Service Territories, Resource Management, and Optimization. Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware, and enterprise integrations. Knowledge of Salesforce mobile solutions, offline capabilities, and field technician enablement. Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Copado, Git, and release management. Experience with large-scale Salesforce data migration and data architecture. Experience designing multi-cloud Salesforce solutions. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – preferred. Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect certifications. Salesforce Field Service Consultant certification. Service Cloud Consultant certification. Experience working in global enterprise environments. Experience in AMS and large-scale Salesforce implementation programs. Mandatory Skills Salesforce Apex Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) Aura
