岗位职责： 供应商寻源与开发：根据运力规划及业务需求，结合车型、线路及车辆需求，开展荷比卢运输市场调研、供应商寻源与开发，持续储备优质运力资源。 供应商准入管理：负责供应商资质审核、现场考察、报价评估、试运行及合同签订等工作，确保供应商具备相应的运营能力及合规资质。 商务谈判与成本管理：负责运输价格询价、比价及商务谈判，开展运输成本测算及合同条款确认，持续推动运输价格及合作模式优化，有效控制运输成本。 供应商日常管理：负责供应商日常履约管理，跟进车辆及司机安排、临时增车及异常响应等事项，协调解决运营过程中的问题，保障日常及高峰期运力稳定。 供应商绩效管理：定期评估供应商任务完成率、准时率、异常率、响应速度及服务质量等指标，推动供应商问题整改、服务优化及资源调整。 运力资源保障：建立并维护核心及备用供应商资源池，根据业务需求制定高峰期及突发情况下的运力保障预案，降低对单一供应商的依赖，提升整体运力保障能力。 结算管理：负责审核供应商运输任务、服务费用及异常扣款，协同财务完成供应商对账、结算及付款跟进，确保相关费用准确、及时。 专项及项目支持：负责新区域、新线路上线过程中的运力资源协调与供应商筹备，并根据业务需求做好高峰期及突发情况下的运力调配与保障工作。 任职要求： 工作语言：熟练使用英语作为工作语言，能够进行日常商务沟通、供应商谈判及书面交流。 工作经验：具备2–3年以上物流、运输或相关行业工作经验。 供应商管理经验： 具备物流行业供应商寻源、开发、商务对接及日常管理经验，熟悉供应商准入、报价评估、商务谈判及绩效管理等流程。 专业能力：具备较强的商务谈判、沟通协调及问题解决能力，能够独立推进供应商开发及运力资源管理工作。 本地市场经验：具备荷兰或荷比卢物流、运输市场相关经验者优先。 Key Responsibilities Supplier Sourcing and Development：Conduct market research and supplier sourcing and development across the Benelux transportation market based on capacity planning and business requirements, including vehicle types, routes, and vehicle capacity needs, and continuously build and maintain a reliable capacity supplier pool. Supplier Onboarding and Qualification：Manage supplier qualification, on-site assessments, quotation evaluation, trial operations, and contract signing to ensure suppliers meet the required operational and compliance standards. Commercial Negotiation and Cost Management：Lead transportation price inquiries, benchmarking, and commercial negotiations; conduct transportation cost calculations and confirm contract terms; continuously optimize transportation rates and cooperation models to effectively control costs. Daily Supplier Management：Manage suppliers' daily service delivery and performance, including vehicle and driver arrangements, temporary capacity increases, and incident response. Coordinate and resolve operational issues to ensure stable transportation capacity during both regular and peak periods. Supplier Performance Management：Regularly evaluate suppliers based on task completion rate, on-time performance, exception rate, response time, service quality, and other relevant KPIs, and drive corrective actions, service improvements, and supplier optimization. Transportation Capacity Assurance：Establish and maintain a pool of core and backup suppliers. Develop capacity contingency plans for peak periods and unexpected situations based on business needs, reduce reliance on individual suppliers, and strengthen overall capacity resilience. Settlement Management：Review suppliers' transportation tasks, service fees, and exception-related deductions; coordinate with Finance to complete supplier reconciliation, settlement, and payment follow-up, ensuring accurate and timely payments. Project and Ad-hoc Support：Coordinate transportation capacity and supplier preparation for the launch of new regions and routes, and support capacity allocation and contingency arrangements during peak periods and unexpected situations. Requirements Language: Fluent in English as a working language, with the ability to communicate effectively in daily business activities, supplier negotiations, and written communication. Work Experience: 2–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related industry. Supplier Management Experience: Experience in supplier sourcing, development, business coordination, and day-to-day supplier management within the logistics industry; familiar with supplier qualification, quotation evaluation, commercial negotiation, and supplier performance management. Professional Skills: Strong commercial negotiation, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently drive supplier development and transportation capacity management. Local Market Experience: Experience in the Dutch or Benelux logistics and transportation market is a plus.

Core Responsibilities

The Transportation Supervisor is responsible for sourcing and managing logistics suppliers to ensure stable capacity and cost-effective operations. This role involves conducting commercial negotiations, monitoring supplier performance, and coordinating transportation resources for new and existing routes.

Requirements

Candidates must have 2-3 years of experience in logistics or transportation with a strong background in supplier management and commercial negotiation. Proficiency in English is required, and experience in the Benelux logistics market is considered a significant advantage.
