Role- Blockchain Developer Location - Amsterdam, Netherlands Experience - 8+ Years Job Description - Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience in software engineering, solution design, or architecture roles Strong stakeholder management experience across business and technology domains Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Experience working in Agile organizations Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline Fluent English communication skills (C1 level or above) Technical Skills Strong experience in: Java (preferred) Kotlin Spring Boot REST APIs Microservices Architecture Experience with: Event-driven architectures Kafka RabbitMQ or similar messaging technologies SQL and NoSQL databases Containerization (Docker) Kubernetes CI/CD pipelines Git-based development workflows Good understanding of: Distributed systems System integration API design Scalability patterns Roles and Responsibilities Backend Engineering Design and develop enterprise-grade backend services using Java. Build APIs and microservices supporting digital asset products. Develop scalable and resilient systems aligned with banking standards. Ensure high availability, security, performance, and maintainability. Blockchain Development Implement blockchain-related business logic and workflows. Develop components supporting: Smart contract interactions Minting and burning processes Asset transfer flows Wallet management capabilities Integrate external blockchain networks into client digital asset ecosystem. Platform Integration Build integrations with digital asset custody and wallet providers. Develop connectivity with blockchain infrastructure and third-party services. Collaborate on SaaS blockchain platform implementation initiatives. Security & Reliability Follow secure coding and software engineering best practices. Participate in architecture reviews and technical design discussions. Contribute to operational readiness and production support activities. Support compliance, audit, and security requirements. Collaboration Work within cross-functional agile teams. Partner with Architects, DevOps Engineers, Security Specialists, Product Owners, and Blockchain Operations professionals. Requirements
