It's more than a job As part of our global Healthcare Sales organization, you contribute directly to Kühne+Nagel’s long term success by implementing global commercial strategies, deepening strategic relationships with multinational Healthcare customers, and identifying new opportunities across the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device and veterinary health sectors. ‎ Your work enables resilient and compliant global supply chains for critical healthcare products — ensuring patients and animals worldwide can rely on safe, timely and high quality access to essential medicines and treatments. In this role, you design tailored solutions for complex global Healthcare accounts with a strong focus on the Dutch market. You build strategic partnerships and act as the central point of contact, aligning global teams with local Dutch operations to ensure quality and operational excellence across all markets. The role can be based in any of our dutch offices. How you create impact Manage and coordinate global Healthcare key accounts in close collaboration with senior leadership, regional sales teams, and Healthcare specialists Lead the development and execution of global Healthcare customer business plans, ensuring alignment with operational, quality, and regulatory functions across countries Build and strengthen strategic relationships with senior decision‑makers across the customer’s global Healthcare organization Identify global business opportunities by analyzing the customer’s Healthcare portfolio, pipeline expansion, supply-chain needs, and long‑term strategic roadmap Develop, review, and coordinate global Healthcare proposals and tenders in partnership with Global Tender Management and Healthcare Solution Design Steer global sales activities using established Healthcare sales performance tools and customer dashboards Conduct global Healthcare market monitoring, including regulatory trends, competitive landscape, and innovation developments across regions Document all relevant customer and market insights and translate them into actionable commercial strategies What we would like you to bring Completed apprenticeship in freight forwarding or a commercial/logistics degree; alternatively, relevant academic background in business, supply chain or life sciences Extensive professional experience in logistics or transportation, ideally with Healthcare logistics or global key account management responsibilities Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills across cultural and functional boundaries High customer orientation and the ability to influence global stakeholders at senior leadership levels Strong engagement, solution‑oriented mindset, and motivation to drive global Healthcare growth initiatives Business‑fluent English skills; additional languages are an advantage What's in it for you Compensation & extras: Attractive overall package with uncapped bonus system, including holiday allowance and participation in local pension schemes. Core Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate global healthcare key accounts while developing and executing business plans aligned with operational and regulatory functions. Identify new business opportunities and lead the development of proposals and tenders in collaboration with internal teams.

Requirements

Requires a degree in logistics, business, supply chain, or life sciences, or equivalent apprenticeship experience. Candidates must have extensive professional experience in logistics, specifically within healthcare or global key account management.
