Lead security transformation at scale As a Manager in our Cybersecurity Strategy, Risk & Architecture team, you work on the challenges that actually keep CISOs and executive leadership up at night. You are a trusted advisor shaping how organizations think about, structure, and invest in cybersecurity. A big part of that is building the narratives that make security land at the top: translating emerging threats, regulatory shifts, and architectural complexity into stories that drive executive decisions and change. You bring together deep security expertise, executive presence, and commercial sharpness to shape and deliver complex engagements. Whether it's making the case for a security transformation, positioning a new operating model, or helping a board understand what a threat landscape actually means for their business, you shape the thinking before the strategy gets written. Your role and impact In this position, you are accountable for both client outcomes and team development: Set the security agenda for clients You define security strategies and implementation roadmaps that connect to what the business cares about, not just compliance checkboxes. You work at senior client levels and you're comfortable there. Own engagements end-to-end Delivery quality, stakeholder dynamics, risk calls, decisions under pressure: that's yours. You don't wait to be told what the problem is; you help the client see it. Build the team behind the work You guide the people you work with, giving them room to grow into experts while setting the example on quality and accountability. Drive domain growth You spot opportunities, shape proposals, and help build and grow our offerings. Your expertise You bring credibility, maturity, and depth of experience: A master’s degree, preferably in security, technology, or other relevant fields. 6–10 years of experience in security strategy, advisory, or consulting, ideally within a strategy consulting environment or large, complex organizations. A track record of leading consulting engagements and delivery teams. Broad expertise across one or more domains, such as: Integrated Risk Management Supply Chain & Third‑Party Risk Management Cybersecurity Strategy Development Cybersecurity Governance & Operating Models Business-aligned Cybersecurity Transformations The ability to connect security outcomes to business value, fluently and credibly. Strong communication and stakeholder skills at all levels, including C-suite. Fluency in English and Dutch (both written and spoken). Core Responsibilities

You will define and deliver security strategies and implementation roadmaps that align with business objectives while managing complex client engagements. Additionally, you are responsible for building and developing the team, driving domain growth, and shaping proposals.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a master's degree and 6–10 years of experience in security strategy or consulting. Proficiency in English and Dutch is required, along with strong communication skills and expertise in cybersecurity domains.
