Location: Veghel, the Netherlands Company: HC Supply Chain (Netherlands) B.V. About the Role We are establishing a European spare parts distribution centre in Veghel and are looking for a Customs Manager to build our customs function. Your immediate priority will be to lead our applications for AEO authorisation and a customs warehousing authorisation, then put the approved procedures into daily operation. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, works directly with the relevant teams and Dutch Customs, and drives the applications through to a decision. Key Responsibilities Lead the AEO and customs warehousing applications, from gap assessment and documentation to customs audit and approval. Prepare the AEO Self-Assessment Questionnaire, customs procedures and internal controls. Set up customs warehouse administration, stock reconciliation and audit trails with the warehouse and IT teams. Act as the main contact for Dutch Customs and coordinate external advisers. Manage ongoing customs compliance and train the operational team. Requirements An evofenedex customs qualification customs manager, or an equivalent senior customs qualification. Proven experience personally leading successful applications for AEO and customs warehousing authorisations in the Netherlands. Strong knowledge of Dutch customs procedures, the Union Customs Code and customs warehouse operations. Experience working directly with Dutch Customs. Ability to work professionally in English and Dutch. What We Are Looking For You are hands-on, proactive and persistent. Core Responsibilities

The Customs Manager will lead the application process for AEO and customs warehousing authorizations while establishing internal customs procedures. They will act as the primary liaison with Dutch Customs and manage ongoing compliance and operational training.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an evofenedex customs qualification or equivalent and possess proven experience leading successful AEO and customs warehousing applications in the Netherlands. Proficiency in both English and Dutch is required, along with deep knowledge of the Union Customs Code.
