About This Role A cashier position with our team offers an opportunity to be part of the one largest Money Transfer Company. Cashiers are the face of the company, they provide an exceptional customer service. Roles & Responsibilities Process money transfer orders with speed, accuracy and tact Provide information about Ria Services to customers Resolve orders incidences working together with Customer Service department Keep the till ordered at all times Implement the internal established procedures for Compliance (AML) and Security in the store Position Requirements Cash handling experience is useful (in a supermarket or in another retail business) Ability to work flexible schedules, including at least 2 Saturdays per month Some computer knowledge with ability to use MS Word and Excel Speaking Arabic or Turkish or Bulgarian and an intermediate level of English (Dutch is a plus) Being able to commute in our store in Amsterdam Your positive attitude and effective communication skills will be essential to work alongside your team members and create outstanding services for the customers. Please send us your CV in English. Contract & Benefits We offer a 4-months part-time contract (32h over 4 days per week), the contract may be extended later. We offer a fixed salary of 2 086€, a monthly commission (up to 560€), meal expense (8€/working day), public transport, dressing allowance (2,04€/working day), pension plan and career opportunities. Core Responsibilities

The cashier is responsible for processing money transfer orders with speed and accuracy while providing exceptional customer service. They must also ensure store compliance with AML and security procedures while maintaining an organized till.

Requirements

Candidates should have previous cash handling experience and basic computer proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Proficiency in Arabic, Turkish, or Bulgarian is required, along with an intermediate level of English and the ability to work flexible schedules.
