This is a position for a successful GP, who demonstrated successful exits and cash flow management. Ability to co-invest with the LPs ("skin in the game") is core. You agree on the following? It needs VCs, which have experience and network in their domains to create totally new market segments / categories to achieve above market IRR (New) Categories and AI First / Native startups are THE THING to invest in, not next AI agent hit&run market It needs new co-operation models to scale the startups fast You want to build a new VC fund with a new innovative concept? You want to work in a dynamic setting of experienced venture capitalists and successful entrepreneurs / company builders? You want to bring a startup from the early idea to an IPO and not just to the next round? Then we should speak! We focus on automotive in-cabin, health & longevity AI, fashion & beauty. All digital platforms! No bio, genetics, pharma, parts/hardware for cars, fashion design or cosmetic products. No consultants, bankers, associate roles or fractionals. CVC managers from core industries welcome, but must understand VC management and must have ambition to super scale for IPO. We build the A-team. Qualifications:Strong track record of raising a new fund. Deep industry expertise and a keen understanding of market dynamics, trends and competitive landscapes. Understanding of business models and how AI scales. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to conduct rigorous strategic and financial analysis.

Core Responsibilities

The General Partner will lead the fundraising and strategic direction of a new early-stage venture capital fund. They are responsible for identifying high-potential AI-native startups and managing the full investment lifecycle from initial idea to IPO.

Requirements

Candidates must have a proven track record of successful fund management, exits, and deep industry expertise in AI and digital platforms. Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide capital for co-investment are essential requirements.
