You can learn more at https://www.dervalresearch.com Role Description The Project Coordinator is a contract (~10h per week), hybrid role based in the Amsterdam Area. This role is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of research and innovation projects, coordinating timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery. Daily tasks include organizing meetings and workshops, tracking project milestones, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication between scientists, designers, clients, and partners. The Project Coordinator will help prepare presentations and reports, oversee logistics for testing or fieldwork, and monitor project risks and dependencies. The role involves working closely with the leadership team to align project activities with DervalResearch’s B Corp values and operational standards. Qualifications Demonstrated project coordination or project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and tracking deliverables. Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with multidisciplinary and neurodiverse teams, clients, and external partners. Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation, reporting, and logistical arrangements. Comfort with creative and research environments; familiarity with scientific, behavioral, or innovation projects is an advantage. Proficiency with AI, collaboration, and productivity tools (e.g. online communication platforms). Interested in a hybrid mission (remote and on-site in the Amsterdam Area) Engineering or artistic background with a relevant practical experience is valued.
