WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role sits within the EMEA GTM Digital Content & Samples team and partners closely with Sales, Merchandising, Go-to-Market and Logistics teams. The coordinator supports regional showrooms and key business partners by ensuring product samples are visible, traceable and available when required.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented operations professional who can manage the flow, tracking and distribution of product samples across EMEA. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and improving processes while maintaining strong controls and service levels.
- Experience in operations, logistics, inventory management, supply chain, showroom operations or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with inventory tracking systems, databases or reporting tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with advanced Microsoft Office capability, particularly Excel.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will manage the end-to-end flow of seasonal samples, from receipt and cataloguing through storage, booking, distribution and reporting. You will strengthen operational controls, improve inventory visibility and help build a scalable service that supports commercial sell-in across EMEA. You will:
- Receive, process, catalogue and manage seasonal sample deliveries.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee sample storage and organization.
- Operate and continuously improve sample booking and tracking processes.
- Coordinate sample distribution to showrooms and key business partners across EMEA.
- Monitor sample utilization and inventory accuracy through regular audits and reporting.
- Partner across Sales, Merchandising, GTM and Logistics to support business priorities and showroom readiness.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance, service levels and the scalability of sample operations.
Please note: This position is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Relocation support is not available for this role.
Core Responsibilities
You will manage the end-to-end flow of seasonal samples, including receipt, cataloguing, storage, and distribution across EMEA. Additionally, you will monitor inventory accuracy and partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and showroom readiness.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has experience in operations, logistics, or inventory management and possesses strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with inventory tracking systems are required.
