Job Description

Own the voice that hits millions of inboxes across Europe as our CRM Specialist - Newsletter Operations in Amsterdam. You’ll lead localized campaigns, test what resonates, and continuously elevate our global email execution.

As our CRM Specialist, you’ll independently run MR MARVIS’ global newsletter engine across nine languages and multiple weekly dispatches. Working alongside the Head of Customer Strategy, you will balance flawless execution with creative testing, continuously optimizing our emails to build long-term retention and customer engagement.

What you'll do

Newsletter Ownership & Execution

  • Independently build newsletters and manage the end-to-end newsletter lifecycle across 9 languages, from planning and localization through to quality assurance and dispatch.

  • Coordinate campaign assets, promotional calendars, and market activations, ensuring smooth alignment for brand campaigns and new product drops.

  • Drive email support for local retail moments, physical store openings, and special events across European flagship markets.

Optimization & Conversion

  • Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests on email campaigns to continuously improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion.

  • Build and refine high-converting landing pages to support promotional initiatives using modern landing page tools.

  • Analyze campaign performance, translate data into actionable insights, and share strategic recommendations with the wider team.

  • Proactively audit and sunset underperforming email segments or campaigns to maintain list health and engagement.

  • Implement and leverage send time optimization features to maximize open rates and reach customers when they are most likely to engage.

Operational Excellence & Strategy

  • Identify operational bottlenecks in translation and deployment workflows, implementing scalable solutions to keep production seamless.

  • Troubleshoot unfamiliar execution challenges independently, pulling in cross-functional team members when needed.

  • Partner with the other CRM specialist to align daily email dispatch with overall customer journeys and platform strategy.

What you'll bring

Essential

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in CRM operations, email marketing, or global newsletter management.

  • Proven track record running end-to-end campaigns across multi-language setups and localization workflows.

  • Hands-on experience with modern ESPs (Klaviyo experience strongly preferred).

  • Comfortable working with campaign analytics, running A/B tests, and building dedicated landing pages.

  • Detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills in a fast-moving, scale-up environment.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Sanity or similar landing page builders.

  • E-commerce or direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand experience.
