As a working student in the Marketing Acceleration team, you will actively contribute at the intersection of marketing and data. You will make an impact through your social media expertise and data-driven optimisations within Deloitte.
Job Description
- Supporting the development of our social media channels and related benchmarks
- Ensuring a well-organised and structured Campaign Manager account, with continuous quality assurance of the channels including brand consistency
- Supporting social media projects and developments
- Performing quality checks on campaigns prior to publication
- Monitoring channel performance and analytics, and sharing optimisation opportunities in line with the Brand & Marketing strategy
- Managing LinkedIn posts on the account via Sprinklr
You are hands-on and have an affinity with Digital Marketing. You also keep up with the latest developments in the field, such as (B2B) social media trends and innovative AI opportunities. In addition, we are looking for the following experience:
• Currently pursuing a university degree (bachelor's from the third year onwards or Master's) in Marketing or a related field
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing channels such as LinkedIn, YouTube and Google Ads, as well as performance optimisation
• An interest in marketing data, analytics and AI developments is a plus
• Ability to combine your studies with part-time project responsibilities
• Eager to learn and willing to apply new technologies, particularly AI, within a professional services environment
Please note: for this role, it is important that you live and study in the Netherlands!
Qualifications
As a Social Media working student, you are part of the Marketing Acceleration team and support internal stakeholders with the guiding principle: Together makes progress. You will ensure that social media campaigns can run smoothly, identify optimisation opportunities, and contribute to the development of our channels by applying the latest trends and innovations to our social media strategy. In doing so, you will help your marketing colleagues set up targeted campaigns and reach the right audiences. Through robust performance analyses, you will support the team in the execution of marketing plans.
Core Responsibilities
You will support the development and quality assurance of social media campaigns while monitoring channel performance and analytics. Additionally, you will manage LinkedIn content and identify optimization opportunities to align with the overall brand and marketing strategy.
Requirements
Candidates must be currently pursuing a university degree in Marketing or a related field and reside in the Netherlands. You should have basic knowledge of social media channels, performance optimization, and a strong interest in marketing data and AI developments.
