Job Description

Job description

We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organized Expansion Operations Manager to join our growing team. This is a critical role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and excels at driving complex projects to completion. You will be instrumental in managing the successful rollout of 20 to 80 studios across Europe in the next 2,5 years.

As part of a rapidly scaling company, you’ll be expected to build, refine, and lead the systems and workflows that make our expansion possible while balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, serving as the operational quarterback from pre-launch through opening.

The ideal candidate is an experienced project manager and operations leader who is energized by growth, motivated by structure and clarity, and ready to take ownership of key expansion milestones.

This position reports directly to Head of Operations and collaborates closely with the Construction PMs, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, and Studio Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end project management of multiple simultaneous studio launches, ensuring timely and successful execution in line with the company’s aggressive expansion goals.

  • Build and continuously refine scalable systems, processes, and playbooks to support repeatable and efficient studio rollouts.

  • Own and maintain detailed project timelines using Asana, ensuring visibility, accountability, and momentum across all openings.

  • Serve as the central coordination point between internal teams (Construction, Ops, Finance, Marketing) and external stakeholders (landlords, vendors, contractors) during each studio launch.

  • Manage early-stage hiring pipelines and onboarding workflows for new Studio Managers, ensuring consistent quality and preparedness across locations.

  • Coordinate key platform setup tasks across booking systems (Mindbody, ClassPass, USC) to ensure seamless customer readiness pre-launch.

  • Run structured bi-weekly internal expansion syncs to monitor progress, escalate blockers, and keep leadership informed.

  • Hold weekly operational check-ins with incoming Studio Managers to guide them through pre-opening milestones and resolve local challenges.

  • Monitor expansion risk factors—such as hiring gaps, or construction delays and proactively mitigate issues.

  • Be onsite during handover,  in the final weeks before opening and during launch week to ensure operational readiness, provide hands-on support, and troubleshoot in real time.

  • Lead post-launch evaluations to assess operational success, gather feedback, and iterate processes for faster and smoother future openings.

  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, agility, and high accountability as the company scales.

If you're passionate about operational excellence, project leadership, and scaling great experiences across multiple locations, we’d love to hear from you.

Please get your application in by 23:59 CET on Tuesday, 29 September!

  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
