Information about the position 

As Regional Parcel Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading a network of Vinted Go-owned parcel centres across the Netherlands, ensuring consistent operational performance, excellent customer service, and strong team engagement.

You will play a key role in scaling and stabilising our parcel centre operations, combining people leadership, operational discipline, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver a reliable and efficient service for Vinted members.

In this position, you’ll 

• Lead the daily operations of approximately 6–10 Vinted Go-owned parcel centres across the Netherlands.
• Lead, coach, and support parcel centre coordinators and operatives.
• Act as the escalation point for operational and people-related issues.
• Own workforce planning, recruitment, scheduling, onboarding, training, wellbeing, and performance management across the region.
• Monitor operational and customer-service KPIs, prepare regular performance reports, and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure parcel collection, drop-off, storage, reconciliation, and carrier handover processes run smoothly.
• Maintain high standards for customer service, security, health and safety, quality, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular site visits and audits, ensuring corrective actions are completed.
• Work closely with carriers, facilities, People, finance, logistics, and other partners to resolve issues and improve operations.
• Support the planning, launch, and stabilisation of new parcel centres.
• Identify and implement new in-shop revenue opportunities while protecting customer experience and operational reliability.
• Provide hands-on operational support during peak periods or unexpected disruptions.
• Travel frequently between parcel centres across the Netherlands.

About you 

• Professional proficiency in both Dutch and English.
• Strong experience in multi-site logistics, retail, parcel, or customer-facing operations.
• Proven people-management experience, including coaching, recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Strong workforce-planning, scheduling, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
• A data-driven approach to managing KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent customer-service, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Calm and effective decision-making during operational incidents, conflicts, and people escalations.
• High standards for health and safety, security, compliance, quality, and operational discipline.
• Commercial curiosity and the ability to turn successful pilots into scalable processes.
• Comfortable travelling frequently between parcel centres and working hands-on when needed.
